Do the retreat packages include flights?
No. International and domestic flights are not included. This allows you to book travel that best suits your schedule, location and preferences.
Can I upgrade my room?
Room allocations are based on availability within the private villa. If upgrade options are available, details will be shared prior to the retreat. All upgrade requests are handled on a first-come basis.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes. All participants are required to have valid travel insurance that covers international travel, health and personal belongings for the full duration of the retreat.
Is there free time during the retreat?
Yes. While the retreat is intentionally immersive, time is built into the schedule for rest, reflection and personal integration. The balance of structure and space supports both performance and wellbeing.
What do I need to bring?
A detailed preparation guide will be sent prior to arrival. In general, please bring:
- Comfortable clothing suitable for Bali's climate
- A laptop for digital creation and strategy sessions
- Any current business materials you are working with
- An open and committed mindset

What is required to travel to Indonesia?
Entry requirements vary by nationality. Most travellers will need:
- A passport with at least six months validity
- A valid visa for Indonesia

Arrival and Preparation Information
To ensure a smooth and grounded start to the retreat, please review the following details.
- Airport transfers are not included. Guests arrange their own transportation to the villa.
- The villa address and arrival details will be provided 2–4 weeks prior to the retreat.
- Guests arrive the day before Day 1 or on the morning of Day 1.
- Check-in window is between morning and midday on Day 1.
- The first official session begins at 12:00pm on Day 1.
